  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
  • Report changes in resident condition immediately
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
  • Lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Document care on flow sheets and charts

Key Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum 10th grade education
