The Chart Management Technician is responsible for assuring that all patients records are prepared and scanned into the Horizon Patient Folder with the highest level of quality possible.
Processes medical records (inpatient, series, loose filing) and follows through on all tasks, such as prep, scan and index per defined policies and established procedures.
