This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of global network operations and monitoring services.
You will act as the administrator for all network monitoring tools owned by Mondelēz International, managing their performance and configurations.
The position requires leading major incident management and driving proactive monitoring to minimize business impact across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation CCNP Cloud certifications
