Must-have
Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering
3+ years experience in IT solution delivery
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Thai and English spoken and written
Willingness to travel abroad for projects
Nice-to-have
Experience with MES, SAP, or Automation systems
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with cloud platforms
