Job Summary

• Harper Group is seeking an experienced, self-starting, motivated Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to our retail clients throughout the state of Virginia.
• Responsibilities include servicing and growing sales within an existing account base, calling on existing accounts, prospecting for new business, taking orders, merchandising, and making face-to-face sales.
• Qualified candidates will possess 3+ years of outside sales experience, excellent face-to-face selling and closing skills, demonstrated sales accomplishments, and a proven sales record in the top 20%.
