PATH is seeking a Polio Surveillance Consultant to enhance Ethiopia's surveillance systems for polio and vaccine-preventable diseases. The consultant will work closely with various health authorities to strengthen data collection and reporting, ensuring effective disease detection and response in high-risk areas

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in epidemiology, public health, medicine, or related field
  • At least 5 years of progressively relevant experience in polio surveillance
  • Demonstrated technical experience in AFP surveillance and outbreak investigation
  • Practical experience working with Ethiopia's public health system structures
  • Legal authorization to work in Ethiopia required
