The Cloud Enablement team focuses on applying and extending the Temporal OSS replication stack to power critical Temporal Cloud capabilities.
As a Senior Engineer, you will work on backend systems that sit at the core of Temporal Cloud’s enterprise offerings, ensuring they are correct, reliable, observable, and safe to operate at scale.
This role involves designing and implementing backend features, contributing to High Availability features, and building namespace migration systems, owning features end-to-end.

Salary
Base: $176,000 - $237,600; Bonus/Equity: Eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan; Benefits: U.S. Benefits include Unlimited PTO, 100% Premiums Coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision, Empower 401K Plan, and additional perks.
