Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One-year property management experience or 4-year degree
  • Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations
  • Experience with IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
