Will work directly with the production support lead engineer in managing day-to-day issues, triage new user enhancement requests, guide the offshore help desk, and lead end-to-end support activities.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of major ERP implementations
3 to 4 years of NetSuite end to end implementation and support
University degree
NetSuite Administrative certification preferable
Willing to work 2nd shift (3:00PM IST to 12:00AM IST)
Willing to work from Bangalore office minimum 3 days/week
