Job Summary

• The Enrollment Specialist, Evaluation & Selection is responsible for enhancing admitted and deposited student yield initiatives, ensuring clear and impactful communication aligned with enrollment objectives.
• This position involves applicant interview management, coordinating yield communication for admitted candidates, and planning/executing onboarding activities across all OGSM programs.
• The role requires developing and executing comprehensive yield and onboarding communication, acting as a liaison for SEM and other departments, and facilitating interview scheduling.
