Job Summary

  • You will lead inspection readiness activities, support regulatory inspections, and collaborate on risk assessments and CAPA activities within R&D Quality.

Must-have

  • Experience leading investigations and root cause analysis
  • Matrix management leadership to cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced degree in scientific or quality-related field
  • Experience implementing Quality by Design principles
  • Familiarity with regulated R&D manufacturing environments
  • Digital awareness including analytics and QMS usage
  • Comfort working in matrix organization across locations
