You will lead inspection readiness activities, support regulatory inspections, and collaborate on risk assessments and CAPA activities within R&D Quality.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in quality compliance roles
Expert knowledge of GCP GLP GVP regulatory requirements
Experience leading investigations and root cause analysis
Matrix management leadership to cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in scientific or quality-related field
Experience implementing Quality by Design principles
Familiarity with regulated R&D manufacturing environments
Digital awareness including analytics and QMS usage
Comfort working in matrix organization across locations
