  • The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical support to end users and ensures the reliable operation of end-user computing systems, devices, and basic network infrastructure.
  • This role is responsible for onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and Tier 1–2 helpdesk support, along with assisting in physical infrastructure deployments such as cabling and workstation setup.
