The individual will be the direct liaison to the Capability Maturation & Development (CMAD) Director within the Emerging Capability Development Business Unit.
The role leads a cross‑functional team of Chief Engineers, Engineering Program Managers, and SEIT Leads, overseeing end‑to‑end program execution throughout the CMAD operating unit.

Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience or equivalent
Current/active DoD Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret Clearance
5 years of progressive engineering experience
