Key Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years in eCom media planning/buying
Deep hands-on experience in retail media across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Strong understanding of Display ad inventory
First-class negotiation skills
Advanced analytical capability
Proficiency with marketplace consoles, Excel/Sheets
Familiarity with tools like 1DS and BI dashboards
Proven client management and stakeholder communication skills
Excellent presentation and deck-building capability
