Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years in eCom media planning/buying
  • Deep hands-on experience in retail media across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Display ad inventory
  • First-class negotiation skills
  • Advanced analytical capability
  • Proficiency with marketplace consoles, Excel/Sheets
  • Familiarity with tools like 1DS and BI dashboards
  • Proven client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and deck-building capability
  • Experience setting SOPs
