Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications ordered by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and other facility committees to improve medication processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
