  • Build and maintain backend services

  • Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes
  • High-quality, maintainable Python code
  • Observability, logging, tracing, and debugging

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with agent-based systems
  • Familiarity with LLM application patterns
  • Experience with model serving
  • Mentoring engineers and technical direction

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience (Software Engineer)
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience (Senior Software Engineer)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
  • Experience with Kubernetes environments
