Job Summary

• The Laboratory Analyst ensures food safety and quality by performing QC laboratory analysis including but not limited to: chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and environmental samples.
• This role supports compliance with regulatory and company standards, provides technical expertise, and maintains accurate documentation for traceability.
