Key Requirements
4+ years of people management experience
Geographically distributed teams of over 10+ members
Proven track record of developing automation frameworks

Prior hands-on experience as an individual contributor (IC) at a Lead/Staff-level or higher is preferred
BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
