The Senior HR Generalist manages core HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations support, and compliance with Japanese labor law for Westinghouse Japan.
This role works closely with Asia HR, Global HR Centers of Excellence, local vendors, and business leaders to ensure efficient HR service delivery and regulatory compliance.
The position supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains HR systems including SAP and UKG, and contributes to regional HR initiatives and projects.
