Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Full-service restaurant management experience required
  • Food Safety certification mandatory
  • Alcohol service TIPS or MAST certification
  • Supervise servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Manage daily cash reports and payroll records

Nice-to-have

  • National Park experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work in extreme temperature environments
  • Strong communication skills for diverse teams

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
