  • This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the effective development and execution of the Cluster business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and monitoring key success factors that address the evolving needs of patients and support both the short- and long-term objectives of the organization.
  • The Business Excellence Director leads the teams, platforms, tools, and processes that drive commercial and business excellence—designing, planning, and implementing initiatives that maximize top- and bottom-line results across Launch Excellence, Business Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training, Meetings and Events, and Patient Support Programs.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and related processes
  • Strong digital competencies
