Job Summary
The Group Leader will train and lead team members on assigned projects and manage daily production activities, as well as, providing team members with work standards.
Monitor Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity with daily improvement activities and maintain compliance with TS/16949 and ISO14000 implementation goals.
Motivate, train, and develop Team Leader/Members to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standard methods and procedures and empower them to continuously improve their work.
