Job Summary

  • Secure a robust financial operating model in the Americas region and establish mechanisms for forecasting financial performance against targets.
  • Work closely with programs, sales, contracts, and operations leadership to capture risks and opportunities and update year-end performance targets.
  • Assist with detailed monthly financial analysis and collaborate with customers and training centers to align financial planning and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with DCF valuations, CAPEX planning, and NPV analysis
  • Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel
  • Work authorization for US positions
