Job Summary
At Waterman Canyon Post-Acute, caring is our highest priority, and we believe the most effective way to deliver compassionate, high-quality care is by maintaining the highest standards of medical integrity, fostering a strong, collaborative team environment, and creating a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive setting for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assisting residents with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional independence, and educating residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living.
We offer a competitive salary range of $36–$38 per hour, DOE, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan with employer match, and opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
