  • The Executive Director will provide structure and strategy to teams integral to Northeastern’s ambitious fundraising to support its leadership in global experiential higher education.
  • Principal responsibilities include managing a small team of advancement professionals, identifying new major and principal gift prospects, developing solicitation strategies, and cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding university-wide prospects and donors.
  • The position involves managing a portfolio of 80+ prospects and donors, actively soliciting at the $500K+ major gifts level and $1-5M principal gifts level, and meeting or exceeding annual fundraising and strategic goals.
