Job Summary
This role will enable the responsible adoption of AI across all value streams and touchpoints, leading special projects that intentionally cross journey boundaries.
You will own a portfolio of AI special projects, lead proof of concept delivery from problem framing through to scale, and build and operationalize innovation frameworks.
Partner with Security, Risk, Legal, and Technology leaders to define practical guardrails for AI agents and drive horizontal capability work such as shared tooling and governance mechanisms.
