Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix) experience
Track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
