Job Summary

• As an Operational Change Manager, you will lead and deliver Investment Operations‑focused change initiatives for Aviva Investors, driving internally focused operational improvements and engaging with outsourced Operations service providers.
• You’ll analyse, manage and implement a broad range of change activity across processes governed by Investment Operations Oversight, with exposure to areas such as Performance Measurement, Client Reporting, Mandate Monitoring, Fund Controllers, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Aladdin Services and Market Data.

• Project Management, e.g. Prince II / Accountancy, e.g. ACCA
• Diploma in Investment Operations (CISI), CFA and CAIA
• Regulatory knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, SFDR, Solvency II
