Job Summary

  • The Paint Shop Process Engineer is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving paint shop processes at Factory ZERO to support safe and efficient vehicle production.
  • Candidates must possess proven technical skills in automotive paint process areas such as PT/ED, Sealer, Topcoat, and Paint Mix Room.
  • This role offers the opportunity to lead development and testing of advanced paint process technologies while working autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision.
