The Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing supervisors, engineering leaders and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Ensures compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations and drives continuous improvement by reducing non-conformances.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 78.300 EUR to 135.700 EUR, with additional benefits including an annual bonus, vacation days, and various well-being programs.
