Job Summary
Ensures a seamless business transition from the current system(s) to the new LDC environment while minimizing risks and maximizing business continuity for Adopt countries/sites through the end of Hypercare phase.
Drives cutover planning, including preparation, execution, and reporting from a business integration perspective, and supports planning with IT Cutover Manager to ensure business dependencies are defined and handled.
Acts as business escalation point for Cutover and Hypercare issues, supporting resolution and identifying & mitigating risks to minimize disruptions.
