Job Summary
Help shape the success and safety of our production team by leading hands-on onboarding and training that sets employees up for excellence from day one.
The Production Trainer is responsible for the full onboarding and training of all production positions at the service center, ensuring proper repair and assembly techniques are being followed for safety, quality and all local and company-wide processes and procedures.

Proven experience in Production/Operations/Factory
Certified repair operator (internal)
Demonstrated upper tier performance
Strong interpersonal skills
Well-versed in Repair Technique and Inspection Criteria
Facilitate training in small to large groups
Interface with Automated Systems and training databases
Prior experience in a leadership role strongly preferred
