This role requires developing nursing policies, conducting in-services, and coordinating MDS and care planning activities.
The incumbent must maintain current knowledge of regulation changes and actively participate in state surveys and follow-up activities.

Must-have
Registered Nurse license in good standing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
7 years nurse management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC)
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
Nice-to-have
Experience with state surveys and QA processes
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
Ability to conduct clinical staff training
Experience coordinating pharmacy services
Willingness to serve as witness in litigation
Key Requirements
Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred
Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing
Maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements
