Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
• You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence by working in partnership with colleagues on the plant leadership team and driving associate engagement.
• This role requires managing daily EHSS reporting, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other quality management systems.

• CSP or CIH certification preferred
• First Aid CPR AED certification preferred
• 10+ years in manufacturing EHSS roles
• 6+ years of direct team leadership
