Job Summary

  • This role designs, implements, and optimizes programs and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce performance, culture and employee engagement.
  • The role ensures alignment between business strategy and people practices to drive sustainable performance and growth.
  • This hybrid position will be available at the Wilmington, DE office and report directly to the Vice President of Organization & Talent Development.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive talent and organization development experience
  • Experience developing and managing large-scale projects and programs in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working in global, multi-site organizations
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Data analysis/reporting proficiency
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Hands-on experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms
