Mondelēz International is seeking a Cluster HSE Manager for the UK and Ireland to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities across manufacturing and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in HSE management, team leadership, and compliance with safety regulations, contributing to a culture of safety within the organization.

Job Summary
You will manage the delivery of all HSE activities in a manufacturing facility or commercial areas, including standards & procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance and audit.
You will co-ordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes, prepare and build consensus annual plans for facility/function wide HSE initiatives, and plan/budget/control annual capital budget for HSE.
You will ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company’s employees, contractors, visitors.
