Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology
  • NAACLS accredited Medical Technologist program completion
  • One year full time acceptable clinical laboratory experience
  • Supervised by pathologist or board certified medical scientist
  • Accredited internship or documented on the job training

Nice-to-have

  • Current ASCP, AMT, or NCA certification as Medical Technologist
  • Team driven customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong oral and written English language command
  • Experience with quality assurance methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biological science, chemistry, or related field
  • Successful completion of NAACLS accredited program or equivalent coursework
  • One year of full-time experience in Blood Banking, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, or Clinical Microscopy
  • HEW certified MT credential eligibility for previously certified technologists
  • New graduate to 5 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Setting
