Job Summary
Contributes to an exceptional resident experience through high standards of repairs, planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, and statutory compliance of building fabric and mechanical and electrical systems.
Monitors and maintains the electronic maintenance reporting system, Onesite, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within reasonable time scales, corresponding with tenants when required.
Carries out internal PPMs such as PAT testing, emergency lighting testing, weekly fire alarm tests, fire evacuations and flushing, and ensures gardens and grounds are well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
