Job Summary
The NFR Hubs Romania team is responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of NFR frameworks, policies, and procedures, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
As an F &P NFR Specialist, you will support the NFR Framework & Policies team, work closely with colleagues, and participate in discussions with senior stakeholders.
The role offers the opportunity to gain experience in policy and procedure development, build a strong understanding of NFR methodology, and play a supportive role in strengthening ING’s non-financial risk management capabilities.

Key Requirements
University/Post Graduate (Master’s) Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience
c. 3 years in Non-Financial Risk or related field
Knowledge of Non-Financial Risk Management Framework
