  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and safety.
  • This role requires you to observe and report changes in resident condition, including pressure areas and skin breakdowns, and to maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
