This role involves administering medications, completing detailed charting, and participating in the development of resident care plans and discharge strategies.

Must-have
Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications per orders
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations

Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong leadership and team collaboration
Ability to handle difficult residents calmly
Willingness to work every other weekend
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing
