Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs while ensuring safety.
