PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Project Director with extensive experience in construction project management to oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial governance, client relations, and team leadership, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Job Summary
Lead multiple large-scale construction projects from tender through defects management while ensuring timeline and cost adherence.
Own overall project P&L and margin performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and variation orders in partnership with Quantity Surveyors.
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore regulatory standards including BCA, MOM, and Workplace Safety and Health regulations across all sites.
