  • Provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on people and organization development strategies in support of Integrity’s goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for company leadership and employees on Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
  • Utilize people analytics and metrics to develop solutions and address gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
