Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist provides 1st & 2nd line IT support across the organization via the ServiceNow ITSM platform, email, phone and in-person walk-up cases in our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities include assisting with the configuration of PCs & laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as providing basic in-house training to staff.
This role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, networking, and IT helpdesk support, with excellent communication skills to effectively assist users of varying technical expertise.
