Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Measure and record temperatures, pulses, and respirations (TPRs) of residents, weigh and measure residents, and ensure residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
  • Assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, and dressing and undressing as necessary.
