Job Summary
Work as a senior member of a Scrum team to execute the overall quality plan for one of Charles River’s products.
Build out the next generation of our software test automation infrastructure as part of our Quality Assurance Infrastructure team.
Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the CRD Scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Must-have

Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests

Interpret automation test results and document defects
Participate in agile software development processes
Nice-to-have
Financial services industry experience
Research and recommend new automation approaches including AI
Guide and mentor junior staff
Key Requirements
2-4 years of experience in software testing
Demonstrated experience programming with C#, SQL, and shell scripting
Demonstrated experience implementing automation tests with Silk4Net
Demonstrated experience implementing and executing automation test scripts against web, native/desktop applications, APIs and batch applications
A minimum of 3 years working with an Agile development methodology
