The Benefits Communications Professional primarily develops and executes clear, engaging, and effective communications that help employees understand and fully utilize their healthcare and benefits programs.
This position develops easy to understand, employee-focused messaging that drives engagement, informed decision making and overall program success.
The role serves as a project manager on select initiatives, collaborates closely with Benefits, HR, Communications teams and external vendors, and helps ensure benefits communication programs are operating as intended and meeting business objectives.

Bachelor's degree or 3 years UPS experience
Located in geographical job area
Daily reporting to UPS Corporate Office Atlanta
Willingness to travel

Experience managing vendor relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience editing documents
Experience managing multiple projects
