Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PLC and control system troubleshooting
  • Industrial electrical systems experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Work flexible shifts including nights
  • Use of personal protective equipment
  • Troubleshoot programmable controllers
  • Operate material handling equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology
  • Knowledge of Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Experience with Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
  • Food manufacturing experience

Key Requirements

  • Journeyman's card or 3 years electrical work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Post-offer drug screen and background check
  • Completion of NOCTI electrical skills assessment
