The Hershey Company offers a starting pay rate of $44.64 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift, a $4000 sign-on bonus, overtime potential, and a Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP).

Must-have
PLC and control system troubleshooting
Industrial electrical systems experience
Ability to read electrical schematics
Work flexible shifts including nights
Use of personal protective equipment
Troubleshoot programmable controllers
Operate material handling equipment
Nice-to-have
Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology
Knowledge of Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Experience with Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
Food manufacturing experience
Key Requirements
Journeyman's card or 3 years electrical work experience
