Key Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program approved by APTA
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid state driver's license
• Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimums or $25k/$25k/$10k limits
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist (Preferred)
